Shipping Times Via USPS
Shipping times via USPS shipping may vary.  While we make every effort to deliver orders to USPS in a timely manner, we're unable to provide refunds or assistance if shipping is delayed.

Shipping Times Via UPS
UPS shipping is recommended by us for time-sensitive orders, as they are generally consistent and reliable.
If your UPS Next Day Air shipment is delayed for a reason not covered by the exemptions in their terms of service, we will apply to UPS for a refund of the shipping cost.  If UPS permits the refund, we will refund to you the shipping cost that was paid.
While UPS is very reliable, their other services are not guaranteed.  While we apologize for any delays that may occur, we do not issue refunds for these delays.

Lost Shipments
If your order is lost by the carrier (which, by our definition, is a 7-day period in which the carrier not scanned the shipping label), we will initiate an investigation.  In our experience, most of these investigations are fully resolved within 48 business hours.  If the shipment still cannot be satisfactorily located, we will reprint the order and ship a replacement.
If a carrier shows that a shipment was delivered, but you have not received it, we will also initiate an investigation.  Again, most of these errors (such as a shipment delivered to the wrong address) are resolved in 24-48 hours.  If the carrier is unable to provide adequate proof that the shipment was delivered, we will initiate a claim with the shipper and will replace the missing order.  If the carrier is able to provide proof that the shipment was delivered, we are not obligated to replace the order.

Damaged Shipments
If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us.  You must retain the packaging and stickers from the damaged order in case an inspection is required by the carrier.  We will initiate an insurance claim so that the order can be replaced. We ship using packaging that meets the requirements of our carriers, so orders that are damaged in shipping will be made right.
